Ghost 13 OC Contest ( One Month Left )

Ok this is a contest to see who can create a unique OC.
The rules are very simple:
1. 1 OC per person.
2. Art theft or copying others work will be not accepted.
3. Dead lines by the end of Februrary.
4. All participants of the contest get the chance to see their OC in my manga Ghost 13, but only if they say "I give The-Sketch-Artist permission to use my character.". Without that I would back off.
5. The quality of art does not matter, as lon as it's not stick figures.
6. Writing is accepted.
7. Also it is your character, I can't limit what you create. But, if your character is said to appear in my manga I would need to limit things i
